FAQs

Once the engagement is confirmed, we send the Diagnostic link to your HR contact for distribution to all participants. Participants create their individual profiles using their personal email, to ensure confidentiality. The assessment takes 12 minutes and is completed independently before the session date. We recommend a two-week lead time to allow for full participation. Individual results are submitted directly to H2P Collective, your organization never sees individual scores.

The session runs regardless. Participants who completed the Diagnostic are incorporated into the pre-session analysis and are eligible for the personalized written action plan. Those who didn’t complete it participate fully in the facilitated session and can complete the Diagnostic afterward to receive their individual follow-up.
