Angle determines how the wing interacts with air resistance. Every crease matters. One fold off, the plane dives. One fold loose, it wobbles and falls. Same sheet of paper. Folded differently. I spent twenty years in hospitality folding someone else’s paper. The raw material was their concept. The folding was mine. Operational architecture, staff development, guest experience design that made the concept work in practice. I was a very good folder. What I was learning was the aerodynamics of making something travel.
H2P Collective is the first thing I’ve folded from my own paper. Your own paper is the hardest paper to fold. Not because it’s inferior. Because you can see exactly what it is. The architect phase isn’t about new material. It’s about being the one deciding where the first crease goes.
